Make sure your TV is connected to the cable system properly (How do I connect my TV to the CSB/SJU Cable System?). Check cables and cable ends for damage (make sure the center pin of the coaxial connector extends beyond the front of the connector body by 1/8". Try using a new coaxial cable between your TV and Cable wall jack. If possible, try connecting a different TV to your wall jack to make sure your TV is not the problem.
If you have a VCR and your TV reception is poor on all channels except channel 3, make sure your VCR if turned off or in the TV mode. Also, try connecting your TV directly to the wall jack to insure the VCR is not causing the problem.
