Refund Policy
Textbook Refund Policy shop for CSB TEXTBOOKS or SJU TEXTBOOKS
DO NOT WRITE OR MARK IN YOUR BOOKS until you are certain you will actually use them!
REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED IN FULL provided the following conditions are met:
1) YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR CASH REGISTER RECEIPT!
2) Books must be from current term.
3) Spring Semester Return Dates are from January 13 - 20, 2010. Textbooks purchased after the beginning of the term return dealine are not returnable, except for dropped classes.
4) Books from dropped classes are returnable for one week after the course is dropped. Must have a drop slip and receipt.
5) NEW BOOKS must be in new condition, unmarked with no signs of use.
6) Textbooks that are deemed to be defective will be refunded or replaced, at the discretion of the bookstore. Used books are sold "As Is."
7) Online Purchase Refunds - Items purchased from the bookstore websites may be returned for a refund at the bookstore it was purchased from with the shipment's receipt. Items may also be shipped back to the bookstore, postage prepaid with the original receipt. The return period and conditions above apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please notify us within 5 business days from receipt of your order if there were any items damaged during shipment or if there are any discrepancies.
General Merchandise Refund Policy
Returns with receipt are given a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be in the same condition as when purchased.
Returns without a receipt are automatically deducted 20% off the original price. Customers will receive an in-store credit.
Exchanges can be made for like products - must be in the same condition as when purchased.
