Nearly every university that has a graduate program will have summer research programs for undergraduates which would be open to CSB/SJU students. These are usually 10 weeks of summer research and are paid positions, typically with a housing allowance. This type of experience looks great on a resume or application to professional school, and it is the most important experience you can have in college if you are planning on pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. in the biological sciences. A number of companies in the area also have well-established paid research internship programs. Here are some links to get you started in your search, but you can Google for many more:
