The Benedicta Arts Center (BAC) of the College of Saint Benedict is comprised of 173,000 square feet of academic arts spaces and has long been considered one of the finest performance venues in the upper Midwest.
When the building opened in 1964, there were just 500 women on campus at the College of Saint Benedict. Today, CSB and partner Saint John's University are home to 4,000 students and each of those students has the opportunity to use this extraordinary facility if they so choose.
Reflecting the centuries-old Benedictine tradition of fostering the arts, the BAC serves a dual purpose:
