1. Approval of Minutes of November 8, 2000 meeting.

2. Agenda review – 15 minutes to read over material.

3. An update of Saint John’s Arboretum Office staff personnel.

4. Boardwalk Installation and Dedication Day planning.

5. Fundraising and Membership update.

6. Changes in Saint John’s Arboretum Advisory Council and council development.

7. Arboretum Council Committees (Fundraising, PR/Marketing, Outreach, Land Management, Education)

Things to do:

Review and make necessary charter and mission statement changes for each committee. This needs to be in a final version prior to the May 2nd meeting.

Develop focused actions for each committee, both long term and prior to next Advisory Council Meeting.

The next meeting is May 2, 2001 at the Natural History Museum, New Science Center beginning at 2:00. Please mark your calendars.
