- Vehicles are SMOKE FREE for your comfort.
- Home and office pick-ups and drop-offs available (some limitations apply)
- Animals must be kept in kennels, extra charges apply (Seeing eye dog excepted).
- Arrive at boarding locations at least 15 minutes in advance of departure time OR before claiming luggage.
- Cancellations must be made before 5:00 PM of the BUSINESS DAY prior to the travel date to be eligible for refunds.
- Luggage is limited to 3 pcs./person. Extra or oversized luggage is subject to additional charges.
- Stops at official locations only.
- Drivers are unable to wait beyond scheduled departure times.
