How do I apply for an I-LEAD Fellowship?
To apply for an I-LEAD fellowship:
- Apply for admission to CSB/SJU.
- Complete the Diversity Leadership Scholarship essay question on the application. If you have not done this when you applied, please submit an essay addressing this question: How has your ethnic background and/or your involvement with cultural activities in your school and community helped you to better appreciate diversity? How do you intend to use your knowledge and skills to further the CSB/SJU goal of deepening intercultural understanding?
- Complete the I-LEAD Fellowship application.

Once the application for admission and essay have been received, candidates will be chosen to participate in on an campus interview in March. I-LEAD candidates will interview with a faculty member and spend a day on campus with current CSB/SJU I-LEAD scholars. I-LEAD Scholars are chosen after the on-campus interview.
