College Activities: Member and two-year captain of the Blazer Softball team. Staff writer and sports editor for The Record. Intramural volleyball and basketball. Studied abroad in China.

Fun Facts: I grew up in a family restaurant which meant I was never without a job! My parents continue to own and operate a catering business in my hometown of Lidderdale, Iowa. Yes, it is on the map! I love sports, cooking (not baking!), movies and traveling. This summer I will be traveling to Japan, Italy and Austria. My husband and I have a greyhound named Audrey. We adopted her two years ago from Greyhound Pets of America, a non-profit organization that finds homes for ex-racing greyhounds. They make wonderful pets!
