Information for College Transfer Students
Admission Criteria
A student is considered a transfer student if they have completed any college coursework from a post-secondary institution after graduating from high school. Students who have credits earned through Post Secondary Enrollment Option should apply as high school senior applicants.
To be considered for admission, a student must have achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 in CORE transferable courses and meet a level of math proficiency consistent with the standards set by CSB/SJU.
A student who has not yet completed 28 semester credits will be evaluated on both high school and college performance.

4. Remember to include a personal essay, official high school and college transcripts and your standardized test scores (ACT/SAT/TOEFL) with your application. Note: We do not charge an application fee.
Alternative application process
If you are only applying to CSB/SJU, you may consider using our FasterAPP. The FasterAPP is a downloadable PDF requiring less information than the Common Application and is used exclusively at CSB/SJU. You will still need to include the College Official's Report.
