Application Timeline

Full consideration will be given to those students whose complete applications are submitted by the following dates. Students applying after January 15 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 An application is considered complete when we have received the following:

• Application for admission and scholarships
• Writing Sample
• Official high school transcript
• Secondary School Report 
• ACT or SAT results
• Extracurricular and personal activities
• Teacher Evaluation

December 15

• Application deadline for Regents'/Trustees' Scholarships.

January 5

• Application deadline for Art, Music and Theater Scholarships.

March 15 
Recommended deadline to mail the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the CSB/SJU Financial Aid Application. These forms are required to apply for grants, student employment and loans.

May 1 
National response date. Admitted students have a place reserved in the incoming class until this date. Because of strong interest, CSB/SJU are unable to guarantee enrollment to students who deposit after May 1.
