Congratulations on your acceptance to the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University. Please review the information enclosed in your acceptance packet for timelines, contacts, and important steps ahead. Contact the Admission Office if you have any questions.

Steps Ahead

1. U.S. students need to complete the enrollment form included in your acceptance packet.
2. Submit the enrollment deposit. This deposit can be paid online or sent along with your enrollment form.
3. If you plan on applying for financial aid, submit both the FAFSA and the CSB/SJU Financial Aid Application by the recommended deadline, March 15.
4. Please review the other important steps ahead included in your acceptance packet.

Important Forms for Enrolled Students

• Once you make the decision to attend CSB/SJU there will be many important forms to fill out! The links to forms for students starting CSB/SJU in Fall Semester 2010 will be available via the Enrolled Student Portal starting in early April.
• Complete the enrollment form and submit your enrollment deposit prior to completing other forms.

Important Dates for Accepted Students

March

• Regents'/Trustees' and Performing and Fine Arts Scholarship awards announced.
• If you plan on applying for financial aid, submit both the FAFSA and the CSB/SJU Financial Aid Application by the recommended deadline, March 15.
• First financial aid awards sent to admitted students.

April

• April 1 — Important forms available online.

May

• May 1 — National response date. Admitted students have a spot reserved until this date.
• May 15 — CSB and SJU Housing Application Forms due.
• May 15 — Priority deadline for registration and placement exams.

June

• June 12 — Loan application instructions mailed from the Financial Aid Office.
• June 15 — On-campus job instructions sent by e-mail to students with work awards.
• June 30 — Loan application(s) due to the Financial Aid Office.

July

• July 4 — Offices closed.
• July 15 — SJU Health Form due.
• Mid-July — Housing, registration and fall semester billing sent.
• Mid-July — Campus computer account and e-mail information sent.

August

• August 1 — Move-in information mailed.
• August 1 — CSB Health Form due.
• August 10 — Billing payment due.
• August 10 — Payment Agreement and Disclosure Statement due.
• August 15 — Collegebound, an optional, pre-orientation trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.
• August 18 — International student move-in day.
• August 22 — Move-in day and New Student Orientation begins.
• August 24 — Transfer Student Orientation.
• August 25 — Classes begin.

September

• September 6 — Labor Day, no classes.
