Generation Y is entering the workforce at a time of radical changes in the world’s economy and ecology. Increasing competitiveness in the job market compels them to differentiate themselves from their competition for available positions. Dr. Crozier Garcia will discuss the use of those values as tools for success in the highly competitive business environment
