Transfer/Readmit Student Registration

Welcome! Completion of the Transfer/Readmit Student Course Registration Form is the first step in building your schedule.  Professional academic advisors will use the information you provide to create a class schedule that reflects your academic interests and career plans. Please respond to all items in a thoughtful and timely manner.  Once we receive your Course Registration Form we can finalize your registration via the options below (call 320-363-2248, SJU or 320-363-5687, CSB):

1. Meet with an Academic Advisor on Campus
2. Arrange a telephone appointment
3. Allow an advisor to finalize and send you your schedule via mail or e-mail

Note that your registration will be completed by an academic advisor only after you have:

• Submitted the Transfer/Readmit Student Course Registration Form (via fax or email preferable)
• Completed the Global Language Placement Exam
• Requested that an official transcript for any college coursework be sent to the CSB/SJU Admission Office (Transfer, AP, IB, PSEO)
