The grant proposal was developed by Rob Culligan (Development), Ernie Diedrich (Economics), Merle Jerzack (Physical Plant), and Jim Read (Political Science); the data were collected by Phil Durkee (Peace Studies); the website mark-up, posting, and improvement were done by Roger Sorensen (Computing Services); Greg Jaunich of Northern Energy Alternatives provided siting and project advice, and Ernie Diedrich (Economics) and Jamie Partridge (Management) co-wrote this report.
