CSB/SJU to host Little Sibs Weekend
Little Sibs Weekend at Saint Ben's and Saint John's, scheduled for March 16-18, is a popular annual event on both campuses. Sponsored by the Joint Events Council, Little Sibs Weekend is an opportunity for younger siblings of CSB/SJU students to spend a weekend on campus, as well as quality time with their siblings. Special weekend events include movies, games, inflatables, BINGO, arts and crafts, rock climbing, open swim, campus acts and a performance by nationally-acclaimed improv comedy group Mission IMPROVable based out of Chicago. Families of CSB/SJU students can register little siblings for the weekend on the CSB/SJU website. A special treat for first- through fourth-graders and their older siblings will be the Bits 'N Pieces Puppet Theatre's Musical Tale of Peter Rabbit on Friday, March 16. Tickets for the show are available through the CSB/SJU Box Office. Tickets for a Peter Rabbit theme dinner in the Great Hall at Saint John's before the show are also available to purchase. A puppet workshop with the theatre company, including all materials, will take place the following day. While certain events will be catered toward specific age groups, a majority of the weekend's events are designed for siblings of all ages. Online registration will start Friday, Feb. 10, on the Student Activities and Leadership Development website.
