Youth in Theology and Ministry

YTM LogoSaint John's School of Theology•Seminary's Youth in Theology and Ministry program strives to apprentice Catholic leadership high school youth, counselors, and their adult mentors to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. Youth in Theology and Ministry (YTM)  seeks to cultivate the practices of theological reflection, service, and prayer, while encouraging a new generation of young Christians to discover their deep gladness for the world's deep need.

It is a three-pronged program, serving high school youth, students from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University who serve as counselors, and adult mentors who earn a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Saint John's School of Theology·Seminary over the course of several years as part of a YTM cohort. Youth in Theology and Ministry program is funded through a grant from the Lilly Endowment, Inc., support from Saint John's School of Theology·Seminary, and gifts from our YTM Vocation Partners.
