End of the Year

Residence Halls Close: Friday, May 11 at 8 p.m.

Seniors: Graduating seniors do not need to fill out an extended occupancy request form to stay for Commencement. However, you MUST request permission to stay beyond Commencement on Sunday, May 13. This request is only to stay until 9 A.M. on Monday, May 14.

Living on-campus this summer?

Students living on campus this summer do not need to fill out the extended occupancy request form. These approved students may remain in current housing until Friday, May 18 when you will move to approved summer housing, unless instructed otherwise.

Late Fees: Requests received after May 2 will result in a $25 late charge. A Resident who accesses his residence during a break period without prior permission will be charged $25/day not to exceed $100/week.

Summer Housing at St. John's

Q: Who can live on-campus at St. John's this summer?
A: Current CSB/SJU students can live in summer housing. Due to the limited number of rooms available, May graduates, students working off campus or attending classes at SCSU cannot live in summer housing.

SJU students can live on the SJU campus if they are:

• Employed on the SJU campus for 20 hours/ week minimum-employment will be verified by the Student Employment Office
• Taking summer classes at CSB/SJU-class registration will be verified by the Registrar's Office
• All summer residents must be registered for Fall 2012 classes by May 11, 2012 to remain eligible to live on-campus.

CSB students can live on the SJU campus if they are:

• Employed on the SJU campus for 20 hours/ week minimum-employment will be verified by the Student Employment Office
• All summer residents must be registered for Fall 2012 classes by May 11, 2012 to remain eligible to live on-campus.
