Residence Halls Close: Friday, March 2 at 8 p.m.
Residence Hall Open: Sunday, March 11 at 9 a.m.

Staying on-campus over break?

Campus residents who need to stay on campus over the Semester Break, must fill out an Extended Occupancy Form by Wednesday, February 22.

Requests received after February 22 will result in a $25 late charge. A Resident who accesses his residence during a break period without prior permission will be charged $25/day not to exceed $100/week.

Only athletes, international students, out of state students, and students working on-campus over the break will be granted permission to stay on campus.

Room Selection 2012: Registration

All students must complete the registration form by March 2, including students not returning to SJU next year (transferring/discontinuing); students graduating in May; students who have been formally released to live off campus next year; students studying abroad (currently or next year); students doing internships, consortiums or student teaching (currently or next year), etc.

If you plan to live on campus, next year, but fail to complete the registration form by March 2, you will not be eligible to participate in Room Selection and will be assigned housing after selection is completed. In other words, if you fail to complete the registration form, by March 2, you won't be able to select housing with your friends!
