New Student Housing Application
Students accepted to SJU for the first time, new or transfer student, must fill out an application with their housing and personal preferences so they can be paired up with a roommate and appropriate housing for the academic year.

All the important forms that all new students to St. John's University need to complete prior to arriving on-campus. Many forms have deadlines prior to the start of each semester, so pay particular attention to those dates provided.
Fall Semester/August Early Return Request:
For students who have a reason to return before the residence halls officially open for the start of the academic year, you MUST fill out an Early Return Request to be given permission. Reminders will be sent out via email in the spring and summer to students, supervisors and coaches.
Are you a club/organization looking to access the residence halls to sell items or just get the word out? Have a political candidate who wants to visit residents where they live? Then, please complete the residential solicitation request form to seek permission to access the residence halls.
Peer Judicial Board:
The Peer Judicial Board hears serious cases involving SJU J-Book violations and determines responsibility and sanctions including suspension/expulsion. If you are interested in learning more or applying, check out the application!
Residents living in Placid/Maur or Flynntown (Seton, Metten, Vincent) are required to register any parties in their residence. Please register with your RA by Friday at Noon during the week you are holding your party.
