Emergency Work Requests

Type of Problem:
  • Building temperature/ventilation issues
  • Water leaks/plumbing problems
  • Water temperature/pressure problems
  • Malfunctioning electrical outlets
  • Elevator malfunction
  • Door and window repairs
  • Lock problems
  • Key requests
  • Roof leaks  
  • Paint touch ups
  • Built-in furniture
  • Lightbulb/light fixture issues          
  • Appliance repair
  • Vacuum repair
  • Carpet and flooring
  • Movable furniture
  • Window coverings
  • Pest control
  • Refuse management
  • Recycling (including appliances/electronics)
  • Shredding management
  • Paper towel/soap/other dispensers
  • Interior building cleanup
During regular office hours, contact the Physical Plant general office number immediately at extension 3306.  After hours, an
emergency should be reported to Life Safety at extension 2144.
Examples of emergency situations include:
  • Gas leak
  • Electrical failure or malfunction
  • Building temperature below 50º
  • Significant plumbing leaks or floods
  • Lock problems affecting safety or security
