VISTO Child Swimming

BenCO (VISTO) Child Swimming is an adapted aquatics program for disadvantaged children. If you enjoy swimming and like being with some pretty special people, you'll love this program. The BenCO (VISTO) Child Swimming program  gives young people the chance to enjoy water, gain confidence, and learn basic swimming skills.

Expectations

• Volunteer 30 minutes to one hour, every Tuesday night between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM
• Complete an evaluation form for BenCO (VISTO) at the end of each semester

Qualifications

• An ability to swim and a basic knowledge of water safety
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
