Benedictine Community Outreach

CSB/SJU students are committed to serving the needs of others; BenCO (Benedictine Community Outreach) is the link that connects these students with communities in need. By offering 14 programs, BenCO gives our students a wide variety of volunteer opportunities that fit their skills and interests.

Our goal is to provide students with opportunities to:

• Cultivate a sensitivity for the personal and communal needs of others
• Learn about and interact with persons whose living situation may be different from their own and find creative ways to meet the needs of others
• Explore and experience a variety of career paths
