Vision Statement

The work of SELT will result in student employees and supervisors gaining new skills, which when applied, will result in a cultural change where the work place is recognized as an intergrated learning environment. 

SELT Goals

SELT Goals for 2015:

1. The Student Employment Leadership Team (SELT) will sustain and strengthen the Emerald Professional Development Leadership Certificate of the Inspiring Leaders Certificate Program.
2. In partnership with institutional research, assess the impact of SELT and student employment of current students and post graduates.
3. Respond to supervisor needs, so that supervisors will utilize the resources provided by SELT to enhance their work environment and provide student leadership opportunities.
4. Conduct valued and meaningful recognition for students and supervisors for impact of their work.
