Summary of Event:

Role play was the core of this session. Through 4 role plays, the groups discussed each scenario and came up with ideas and suggestions. We explored ways to work with students that were ineffective and effective. The most common finding in all scenarios was that great communication is a necessity for effective leadership. We also discussed the importance of clarity, authority and discipline.
