Event Summary:

Role play was the core of this session. Through 4 role plays, the small groups discussed each scenario and reported back to the large group their ideas and suggestions. We explored ways that were ineffective and effective. There was interaction as both small and large groups. The most common finding in all scenarios was that great communication is a necessity for effective leadership. We also discussed the importance of clarity, authority and discipline.
