Event Summary:

Richard and Sarah used role plays as the core of the session. They presented several role plays of student and supervisor then discussed the role plays as one group. The dynamic was different since it was a smaller group, but more time was spent discussing ways to improve the given situation. The most common finding in all scenarios was that great communication is a necessity for effective leadership.
