Event Summary:

This session presents the basis of the ILCP/SELT leadership program: Leadership Challenge. The content covers the five principles of exemplary leadership by Kouzes & Posner: Model the Way, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, Inspire a Shared Vision and Encourage the Heart; and the corresponding Benedictine Values. The participants are able to articulate personal examples in their own life of how they demonstrate or struggle with these leadership principles and values. The group was comprised of all supervisors. Although a small group, the discussion was deep and rich in context.
