Participants were introduced to a feedback model that provides effective feedback to encourage professional and personal growth. The model incorporates: 1) Observable Behavior 2) Impact: employee/supervisor/deparment 3) Preferred Behaviors. The participants were able to engage in a discussion and activity that provided real life examples and questions of how to effectively implement this model in their professional life.
