Conflict Management

• Wednesday, October 27 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. in the TRC Boardroom, Main, CSB
• 19 people (mainly Staff
• Tuesday, October 23 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in Quad 264, SJU
• 21 people (20 students)
• Tuesday, February 12 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the TRC Boardroom, Main, CSB
• 12 people (all students)

Presenter:  Eric Felsch

All of these sessions were similar.  They discussed the four types of conflict and then did an interactive activity where each person tried to figure out how they react to different conflict situation.  There was also a small group discussion regarding conflict.

Differences:

The October 27^th session had a meal of pasta for everyone.  There was also a film clip from show “6 Feet Under”.  Some people did not like this clip and felt there was too much profanity, Eric then eliminated it from following sessions.
