Conflict Management

Description of Course:

How do you successfully manage conflict as a leader? Through this session, you will learn how to accept conflict as a natural and pervasive element of all relationships, and gain awareness of different forms of conflict. The instructor will help you to gain insight into how you can more effectively manage conflict, both as a leader and within your personal life.

How to Better Understand Your Co-Workers

Description of Course:

Why are some individuals so picky?  Why don't others understand that work should be fun?  How come it seems that my co-worker doesn't understand me?  Why are some people so loud?  Participants will gain insight into the nine personality types that impact who and how we are with others. Participants will have the opportunity for small group discussion to share challenging traits among co-workers and how this knowledge could be of benefit to enhance the work environment.

It's Hard to Get There if You Don't Know Where You're Going

Would you like to learn how to achieve the best hiring results?  If so, attend one of these sessions.  You will learn how to use a job description to create structured interview questions, set expectations, and complete evaluations.  Supervisors should bring in a job description for their department.
