Diplomas

Each graduate receives one diploma.   Usually diplomas and final transcripts are mailed to a graduate's permanent address 6 weeks after the degree is awarded.   

**Diplomas are mailed 1^st Class USPS.  If you would like to pay for it to be sent Fed Ex please provide a credit card number and expiration date for Fed Ex as well as a cell phone number for the carrier.  Please indicate if it should be sent ground or overnight.

Please note a diploma will not be released to any student who has not settled all financial obligations to CSB/SJU.
