Curriculum
Students can tailor the psychology program to their own interests, whether preparing for graduate school or for immediate employment. For minors or other non-majors, courses such as developmental, personality, social, gender, political, adjustment to modern life, motivation and emotion, human sexuality, group dynamics, abnormal, organizational, industrial and community psychology can complement their overall liberal arts education.
To fulfill the psychology major, a minimum of 44 credits (approximately 11 classes) in psychology is required. Minors take Introductory Psychology and at least four other psychology courses for a minimum of 20 credits.
