If you could be any food, what would it be? Why?: Frozen yogurt because there are many types of flavors and I would never get bored!

Favorite part of the orientation experience OR why I'm an orientation coordinator: CSB/SJU is more than a school, it is a community. I noticed this the first day of my Orientation. Being an Orientation Coordinator allows me to continue the tradition of holding an amazing Orientation; plus I get to experience it all over again! Some of my top CSB/SJU memories are from Orientation!

If you could be any food, what would it be? Why?: Nutella, (is that a food?) because I love it.  Pair it with a nice baguette or some delicious strawberries in the middle of summer, you just can't go wrong with the scrumptious chocolate & hazelnut combo - ¡que rico!

Favorite part of the orientation experience OR why I'm an orientation coordinator:  I LOVE ORIENTATION!  From carrying futons across the CSB mall on move in day to watching the relationships form between the newest Bennies & Johnnies, I LOVE ALL OF IT!  I also have an extreme passion for CSB/SJU in general and really enjoy sharing my love of the schools with others.  I want every new student to feel welcome and at home.

Favorite part of the orientation experience OR why I'm an orientation coordinator: My favorite part of orientation is seeing how excited everyone is to come back to school. I had wonderful orietnation leaders when I was a first year and they really made me want to become a leader and give back to this wonderful community I call home.Orientation is an exceptional program and I'm grateful to be able to help make Orientation 2012 the best one ever! Welcome class of 2016!

Name: Joe Hodapp

Major(s)/Minor(s): Biology, Pre-Medicine, Pre-Physical Therapy, Psychology Minor

Activities and clubs on campus: Orientation Coordinator 2012, Admissions Ambassador, Booyah Leader, Jazz Ensemble, Men's Spirituality Group, Students for the Advancement of People with DIFFERbilities.

If you could be any food, what would it be? Why?: Chicken Wild Rice Soup. My mom makes it every year at Christmas, so it reminds me of my family, which is very important to me. Also, a good bowl of chicken wild rice soup is wholesome and delicious; a complete meal!

Favorite part of the orientation experience OR why I'm an orientation coordinator: I am an Orientation Coordinator for two reasons: I had an amazing experience during my first-year orientation and I wanted to make as good an impression on the incoming first-years. Orientation is an opportunity to meet fellow Bennies and Johnnies, get acquainted with the campuses and services, and to have a high-energy, fun transition to the college life. We are so excited to welcome the CSBSJU class of 2016, and we have a great program set up for you! See you in the fall!
