Emergency Contact Information
In the event of a political, social, or natural emergency, OEA will be in close contact with the program director for any CSB|SJU study abroad program. The program director will also get advice from the local authorities and the US Consulate or Embassy nearest to the program location.
At orientation, you will receive a business card with our emergency contact information. Please carry it with you during your trip. Also, receive contact information for the program director and memorize emergency phone numbers for your area (the equivalent of 911). Be sure to know how to find the contact information for medical facilities and local U.S. embassies/consulates.
If you need to report an emergency to CSB|SJU officials, you may contact the Office for Education Abroad by phone at 320-363-5952 or by email at abroad@csbsju.edu. After hours, you may also reach CSB Security at 320-363-5000 or SJU Life Safety at 320-363-2144.
