Liturgical Music Studies

The Liturgical Music concentration prepares students for positions in parish music and liturgy.  Graduates of our Liturgical Music concentration have experienced excellent opportunities in full-time parish placement, serving for example in full-time positions as music and liturgy directors, organists, choral directors.  Currently enrolled students are often employed as liturgical musicians in area parishes on a part-time basis.  Coordination with the Theology Department is critical to this concentration and must be maintained.

Students are reminded to consult with their music department faculty advisor prior to each registration.
