Media Equipment for Checkout

CSB/SJU Media Services provides a wide range of audio, video, and computer equipment for checkout to all faculty, staff, and students in both the Clemens and Alcuin libraries. Equipment that is checked out is for use on academic projects ONLY. If you have any questions about checking out media materials, please contact Media Services Manager, Adam Bauer at 2118. Media Equipment Check-Out Policies & Procedures

  1. Most equipment checked out from the Media Center has a 28 day loan period.
  2. Mini DV Cameras, digital still cameras, camcorders have a shorter loan period (1 Day). These items can be renewed one time. Cameras are checked out to students and faculty for classroom use only.
  3. Media materials not returned on time are subject to an overdue fine.
  4. Students needing equipment for class use, DV cameras or digital audio recorders, may check the equipment out at the circulation desk.
