"Ask Us" Services
When fall and spring semester classes are in session, reference service is available via our "Ask Us" service during all building hours.
In Person Assistance
A Reference Librarian is available for in-person assistance at each library during the following hours, except where noted:

| Sunday | 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. (Clemens only) |
At Alcuin, the Reference Desk is located immediately to the left as you enter the library; at Clemens, it is located to the right as you use our main entrance (past the Circulation Desk), near the north alcove of the building.
Reference assistance can also be arranged by appointment.
During St. John's School of Theology summer session, a Librarian is on call/available from 9am to 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
When classes are not in session, a Reference Librarian is available from 1 - 3 p.m. (See Library Hours for breaks and vacation periods.)
