• We are attentive to the unique needs of first generation students by helping them to develop a pathway to success through the Intercultural Leadership, Education and Development program.
• We promote respect for all persons with a special focus on respect for persons whose cultural or ethnic identity is different from oneself.
• We help students to broaden their sense of inclusive connectedness with each other.
