Pre-Performance Dinner! Set the tone for the night with this superb menu featuring antipasto skewers, followed by pork tenderloin marinated in a blend of maple syrup, soy, garlic and herbs, sliced into medallions and served on a bed of sauteed apples. Sides include whipped sweet potatoes, Mediterranean blend vegetables, and an orzo and spinach salad. Dessert is our decadent raspberry layer cake. Beverages include ice water and coffee; a cash bar will be available throughout dinner and during the performance for this jazz cabaret evening.
