For over 20 years, BeauSoleil avec Michael Doucet have been following a winning recipe. Take three traditional ingredients-soulful Cajun French lyrics, hot fiddle licks, and irresistible accordion-then they serve 'em up spicy, bayou-style, with a pinch of Caribbean rhythm and a dash of New Orleans jazz.

The band that Rolling Stone has praised as "the best damn dance band you'll ever hear" will have you up out of  your seat and on the dance floor! (that's right - there will be a dance floor!)

  Join Michael Doucet for dinner! Michael will discuss Cajun culture and history while you enjoy a delicious buffet of Cajun-spiced beef tenderloin, Creole corn bread stuffing, truffle bourbon mashed potatoes, and a fresh garden salad. A dessert station follows with a variety of sweet treats.
