Filling out the order form: Please complete ALL sections of the online registration and retain a copy of the final screen for your records. You will only be able to register for ONE SHOW AT A TIME.

Great Theatre will continue its partnership with Fine Arts Series for TWO shows at CSB/SJU this season!However, GREAT Theatre will be taking all registrations for their shows at their own WEBSITE.

- Contact information- teacher, principal, group leader, etc.
- An email address that will not block incoming emails from "@csbsju.edu"
- Final numbers of students ($6) and adult tickets ($10) you will need.
- Free chaperones (please see chart on online registration form).
- All accessibility needs for students
- Will you need a space reserved to eat a bagged lunch?
- A Purchase Order (PO) number
- Groups unable to procure a Purchase Order or would like to pay via credit card, please reserve your tickets via telephone by calling 320-363-2963.
- A billing contact, complete with address - main school office, business office, etc.
- Payment (check, credit card) is due 60 days prior to each performance
Reservations: Reservations will be confirmed by EMAIL correspondence within two weeks of order receipt. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Matinee seating assignments are based on age and special needs of students and will be determined by Fine Arts Series.
Payment: A purchase order is required at the time of your order. If you would like to pay by credit card, please place your order over the phone by calling 320-363-2963. If you need to add more tickets to your order and increase or decrease your payment, please contact the Department Coordinator.
Chaperones: A determined number of chaperones may attend at no charge. Additional seats may be purchased at the adult rate stated on the registration form. ALL chaperones/adults in groups of less than 10 students must purchase a ticket at the adult rate.
Age requirements: Remember, matinee performances are scheduled for school groups. The minimum age for a child attending the matinee performances is four years old. Children younger than the age of four will not be permitted in the theater.
