Direct Loan Steps

To apply for a Federal Stafford Loan, it is necessary to complete all steps listed below. 

1. Accept Loan: Log in to Banner Web Self Service
2. Complete Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note (MPN) : This is an online process that will take about 30 minutes to complete.  Student FAFSA PIN required to sign in.  Both the Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note must be completed at this website.  This step is only neccessary for new borrowers.
