Kira Garrett, E-Scholar 2009-2011

  Kira Garrett  Senior, English major

Kira is the editor in chief for the Record, the campus newspaper.  She has a passion for making jewelry and knows the E-Scholars program will help her combine entrepreneurship with her passion.   In the summer of 2010, Kira apprenticed with a nationally respected Jewelry maker based in Petaluma, CA.  She plans to continue jewelry making while starting a career in professional journalism.
