Lindsay Hansen E-Scholar 2008-2010
Lindsay Hansen wanted to become an E-Scholar to help her ever growing passion to work in the nonprofit sector. Lindsay is a strong and driven woman who grew up around entrepreneurs in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This closeness to friends and family of business owners, gave Lindsay the drive and determination to want to become an entrepreneur in a nonprofit organization. Throughout her E-Scholar experience, Lindsay and her business partner Megan Kack, created and implemented a nonprofit. After receiving a grant for their emerging new business, Brush & Floss, a pilot test will be implemented. Brush & Floss is a nonprofit that's mission is to provide adequate dental hygiene education and distributes dental kits to those in need of dental health care. Lindsay hopes to use this entrepreneurial experience in future business endeavors.
