A . Write an essay addressing the following (2 pages or less, Single or 1.5 line spacing):
•1. Why do you want to become an E-Scholar?
•2. What specific things do you hope to learn in this program?
- Describe your past experiences relevant to entrepreneurship.
- What leadership roles have you had in the past? Pick one and describe how you faced a challenge and resolved it.
B. Include the following as attachments to your submission:
•1. A copy of your academic transcript (does not need to be an official one)
•2. A current resume
•3. The names of the two people who you selected to complete recommendations for you and a statement about your relationship with them.
C. Also include a Schedule of your free time for first two weeks in February. Part of the application process is to complete three interviews: an interview with the professor, one with the Director of the Donald McNeely Center for Entrepreneurship and one with current E-Scholars. Please include in your materials a sheet listing the times that you will be available for interviews during two weeks of February 4th, 2013 - February 14th, 2013. Please include morning, afternoon, and evening times weekdays and mornings and afternoons on the weekends. Interviews usually last about 45 minutes.

Additional steps:
•A. Have two recommendation forms completed by others: one by a faculty member and one by a person who can attest to your nonacademic campus activities such as a residence director. Those should be recommendation forms submitted to Terri Barreiro by Friday Feb. 14th, 2013.
•B. Complete a request for Background check form attached and submit to your Dean of Students by Friday, Feb. 14th, 2013.
