(1) CSB has a computerized security system installed on most of the residential areas. The system requires the student to swipe her ID card through the reader. Buildings with this system are indicated by the word 'Card'. Those without the system have apartment keys which exit into an outdoor hall way and are indicated by the word "Key". The only buildings utilizing the key system are McDonald, Wirth and Zierden Apartments.
(2) ALL Suites in Lottie are part of the pre-selection process.
(3) Luetmer - 16: 2 person 2 bedroom
(4) Luetmer - 30: 4person 4 bedroom
(5) Preselected in McDonald
(6) All of West Apartments with the exception of Dominica have A/C
(7) Preselected with priority given to students with special medical needs for private housing

* Where bed lofts are indicated, they may be rented through a CSB certified vendor, Collegiate Marketing. Rates and specific information may be obtained by visiting www.bedloft.com or calling them at 1-866-651-LOFT. No other lofts may be used in any room. Please note - some of the Lottie Suites have a loft included as part of the furnishings of the room due to room dimensions and layout. Please contact the Residential Life Office if you have any questions regarding suites and lofts in Lottie Hall.
**Full refrigerators with freezer space are provided in all campus apartments. Small refrigerators (5 cubic feet or less) are allowed in all other residential rooms. These, too, may be rented through Collegiate Marketing.
