Maintenance Request Forms

The College of Saint Benedict uses an online system to manage maintenance requests.  Please make general repair requests in a timely fashion to save time, money, and wear and tear.Maintenance Request- CSB and enter a CSB/SJU email address. Submittal password: saint

Emergency requests recieve the most prompt attention.  In addition to a maintenace request, please contact security at x5000 to ensure your emergency is resolved.  Contacting security is especially important after 4 p.m. when regular maintenance staff aren't on duty.

There are three ways to make an online maintenance request:

  2. Add the site to your favorites:
  3. Create a desktop shortcut: 
    • On your computer’s desktop right click and choose New and then Shortcut
    •  In the command line type the following address

    • Go to www.myschoolbuilding.com
    • Enter organization number 985017776 and click submit.
    • Add the "New Requests" page to your favorites

    • Click Finish
