  • 4:30 - Step - Aerobics Studio
  • 5:30 - All About Abs- Aerobics Studio
  • 7:00 - Insanity - Aerobics Studio

Wednesday

  • 4:30 - Kickboxing - Alum Hall
  • 5:30 - Pilates - Aerobics Studio

Thursday

  • 4:30 - Total Body - Aerobics Studio
  • 5:30 - Butts and Guts - Aerobics Studio
  • 6:00 - ZUMBA - Alum Hall
  • 7:00 - Insanity - Aerobics Studio

Friday

  • 4:30 - ZUMBA - Aerobics Studio

Sunday

  • 12pm Noon - ZUMBA Toning - Aerobic Studio
  • 4:00 - All About Abs - Aerobics Studio
