1. The effort or inclination to increase the well-being of humankind,

as by charitable aid or donations.

2. The giving of your time, talent or treasure.

The students at the College of Saint Benedict share the spirit of philanthropy.  Bennies are able to attend Saint Ben's in part because of the financial investment of alumnae, parents, friends, faculty and staff. We want our students to take part in philanthropy too!
