Caller of the Week
The Caller of the Week is selected based on performance statistics. Each week the callers are given an incentive to work towards in order to improve their performances. This weeks incentive was upgrades. Callers thanked our donors for their support, but also encouraged them to increase their gifts from previous years. This helps ensure the success of student scholarships and our mission to be able to offer scholarship to every Bennie.

Jordan had a great week of calling. She made a total of $700.00 with 2 matching gifts, 10 pledges, and a 41.7% pledge rate. She also made $385.00 on credit card which was a 50% credit card rate.
Callers of the Month
The first Caller of the Month is also selected based on performance statistics. Common criteria used to evaluate performances include: highest pledge dollars, greatest number of pledges, highest participation rate, greatest number of gifts on credit card, and greatest number of matching gifts. The second Caller of the Month is selected based on nominations from fellow callers and supervisors. A caller may be nominated for a great conversation she had with an aluma, or for a kind act she did for another caller.
Kelly Jo made a total of $17,150.00 with a 48% pledge rate. She made $1,400 of those dollars on credit cards! Great job, Kelly Jo!
