These pages are designed to provide information to the campus community about safety and mental health resources. 

Emergency Resources

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911.  Dangerous situations in need of immediate intervention may include suicidal threats or behavior, homicidal threats or behavior, violence, sexual assault, or unconsciousness.

Crisis Resources

If the situation you are experiencing is not immediately dangerous but feels like an urgent mental health need, you can contact us at (320) 363-5605 (CSB office) or (320) 363-3236 (SJU Office)  during office hours for a crisis appointment. 

For after-hours crises, use the 24-Hour Crisis line: (320) 253-5555 or (800) 635-8008, answered by Central Minnesota Mental Health Center and the Four County Crisis Response Team.
